As one of the the major shareholder in Singa Group from 2011 to 2018, who has expanded and managed several boutique hotels in Singapore and major cities in Asia under the brand name “Hotel Clover”.
“Providing the best” is our service motto, “Simple is Luxury” is our branding objective.
As in year 2018, the Group has invested and managed 7 hotels of 500 rooms in Singapore, Thailand and Japan with asset valuation of more than S$300 million.
Besides this, Ding Zhou also have hotel properties in Australia and also going to build its own brand hotel in Cambodia.
Real Estate Developments
Ding Zhou has span over to the real estate market in Singapore such as Neem Tree, a 84-residential units in city fringe business district; E9 Premium, a 7-storey ramp up industrial building in the north comprises of 194 units of factories that have fully sold.
Ding Zhou also bought a 1 H.a land in Phnom Penh, the capital of Cambodia, and going to deliver a major residential with commercial building there. Ding Zhou group will continue to explore more industrial, commercial and residential developments in Asia.
Ding Zhou also has property investments in Singapore. 38 industrial units in “Sime Darby Enterprise Centre” has been added into the portfolio. This investment will bring our company total rental income around S$1.6million annually.
Construction Related Service
With the establishment of real estate development, Ding Zhou has also started Dingzhou Construction Pte Ltd to ensure timely delivery and quality product to our customers. We also provide quality construction related service.
The company have completed “Neem Tree” residential project with a contract sum of S20million. The company will continue to support our developments in Singapore.
